Hey! It's me again. I'm here with Part II of Evan and Jessica's wedding day. If you want to see Part I click here.

There were just a million things to be thankful for that day. It was Jessica's WEDDING DAY and she was marrying her dream boy and our dream brother Evan. Almost all of our favorite people were there to celebrate. We were in our favorite place on earth. It was all so good.

Jessica didn't have hardly a care in the world that day... She was just thrilled to finally be marrying Evan. It's ok, we took care of her "would be" cares for her so it was all good.

After the ceremony and group shots, the photographer took the bride and groom on a little photo safari while everyone else headed back to the cabin to put the final finishes on dinner.

We were overwhelmed at everyone's willingness to pitch in and make the dinner so special and not to mention, delicious. We planned the menu out months in advance and prepared the food little by little in the days leading up to the wedding. As you can see, everyone was hard at work and still having a good time! I love my family.

We used a variety of china dishes from our grandparents, aunts and my mom.

We made some of Evan and Jessica's favorite foods like bacon wrapped green beans, deviled eggs, beef tenderloin, cheesy mashed potatoes, etc.

While the happy couple was taking pictures, guests enjoyed appetizers outside on the deck.

As soon as the newlyweds arrived, we welcomed them, Dad said a special blessing and prayer and then we enjoyed dinner under the stars.

Evan requested a Dairy Queen ice cream cake for his grooms cake because that's his favorite. I think we enjoyed his cake as much as the wedding cake!

After the cakes were cut and toasts were made, Evan decided he wanted to be comfortable {ha!} and changed before they took off to their honeymoon... which happened to be in Jackson Hole because why on earth would you leave?

There are SO many more pictures and little tidbits from the day that I do not have room to share on this little blog, but these two posts definitely hit the highlights. Their wedding day was totally a team effort to carry out. With Jessica's preferences in the back of her mind, my mother planned the entire weekend and with the help of our family, we were able to execute every little thing.

Evan and Jessica say that their special day could not have been any more perfect. I couldn't agree more. It takes a village... and they have a strong one on their side.

Evan and Jessica {Part I}

 photo EvanampJessica-650_zps9e301cf3.jpg

On August 2, 2014 Jessica and Evan were married in Jackson Hole, Wyoming... to be married in JH has been a dream of Jessica's since she was 8 years old.

The beautiful bride herself...

... and her handsome groom Evan. My new brother!! And we just love him.

The weather was rainy that afternoon and on our way to the church. However, as soon as the ceremony began, the sun came out and the clouds disappeared. It was a beautiful scene to witness.

The ceremony was held at The Chapel of Transfiguration at 6 o'clock in the evening.

We had a small reception/celebratory dinner at the cabin {my parents rented} with approximately 40 of the bride and groom's closest family and friends.

Shall I give you an overview of the day? After a fabulous bridesmaids brunch at Cafe Genevieve downtown, Jean, a fellow bridesmaid, got us all dolled up with her hairdo skills.

We got dressed in the little "bride's dressing room cabin" on the chapel grounds.

Her Jenny Packham gown was a beauty on her with all of those dainty little details.

The bride and groom chose not to see each other before she walked down the aisle so the girls stayed in the cabin and peeked out the windows while the guys and the rest of the guests mingled outside.

The happy parents of the bride...My mother planned and orchestrated the entire weekend and you would never know it by how giddy, excited and calm she was that day.

The ceremony decor was kept simple because who would want to be distracted from that perfectly framed view of the Tetons?

We loved our dresses and boots. We felt cute AND comfortable... and the dresses had pockets... Score!

It was an emotional moment for all of us when Dad got to see Jessica for the first time. He's so proud of his girls.

 photo EvanampJessica-219_zpsdaf4b6b7.jpg

All of the grandparents were lined up ready to walk down the aisle... and Mrs. Vickie {Aaron's mom} was there to direct traffic...

 photo EvanampJessica-191_zpsa7f63152.jpg

Our cousins, Emily and Andrew, played and sang "Captivate Us" by Watermark. The windows of the chapel were open and we could hear the music while waiting... the combination of the words of the song, Em's angelic voice and the sentiment of the day caused me to almost lose it. Their song was a beautiful way to set the tone for the ceremony.

 photo EvanampJessica-203_zps7ee629b3.jpg

While Jessica walked towards Evan, their excited and emotional little stares were the sweetest thing you ever did see.

 photo EvanampJessica-247-2_zps9b1744d8.jpg

While standing up there as her proud big sister a bridesmaid, the matron of honor actually, I was having the hardest time keeping my emotions under control. Every time I would get the urge to boo hoo I would look away towards the mountains... Well, if you know me well, you know that the Tetons have a very special, sentimental place in my heart so then I would get even more overwhelmed with emotion so I just gave up and cried.

Dr. Stan {Aaron's dad} preached a special message and blessing during the ceremony.

 photo EvanampJessica-273_zps7a0b3e21.jpg

They said their vows before God and their closest family and friends, exchanged rings and sealed it with a kiss... then they became Mr. and Mrs. Evan Grovenstein!!!

 photo EvanampJessica-309-2_zps7b17c7fa.jpg

... and we were all almost as excited as they were!

 photo EvanampJessica-333_zpsc4ad8652.jpg

The mother of bride... I can't tell if this is a face of excitement, relief, delirium or maybe a little of each? I think a little of each...

Gosh I love these two lovebirds... and I am so excited for them. We literally could not have hand-picked a better boy for Jessica to spend the rest of her life with.

Part II coming soon!
